Do you only support local businesses?
Our clients are based primarily throughout Herefordshire and the Shropshire borders, but with our remote support options we can and do support businesses outside of these areas.
How much do you charge?
We charge £54.00 per hour for adhoc, and £50.00 per hour for prepaid support. In all cases we charge by the minute, except for on site calls which carry a minimum one hour fee. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Can you fix my problem remotely?
We estimate around 75% of our repairs are performed over a remote session to the clients systems, so avoiding onsite visits. This is beneficial to both client and technician. The obvious caveats are no internet or network issues which prevent a remote connection from being established, and in some cases an onsite visit is preferred to get a better understanding of the problem, which remote sessions can’t always achieve
Do you charge callout fees?
No, there are no additional costs for travelling time or fuel etc. The clock starts when we arrive onsite, we do however operate a minimum one hour charge for all onsite visits
Do you have a no fix, no fee policy?
Absolutely. It rarely happens that we cannot fix the problem at hand, but we certainly wouldn’t want to be charged for a solution that didn’t work, and we wouldn’t expect our clients to be charged either
If we have an emergency, how quickly can you respond?
We have built in a very flexible booking system, which allows us to respond to critical cases within four hours of receiving the call. Because not all emergencies happen in office hours, we operate an out of hours service inluding weekends for this type of event
Are you insured?
Yes, we have full public & product liability with up to £1,000,000 indemnity for any one claim
